Alexander Imperatori's racing career on record spans a single season in 2013, when he contested two World Endurance Championship rounds for KCMG. The WEC is a professional endurance series drawing drivers from top-tier single-seater backgrounds and comprising some of motorsport's strongest grids. Imperatori's two-round stint was brief and produced no podium finishes; he classified in both races but finished 47th overall across the two starts, averaging a P6 finish position.[1]
During his limited WEC tenure, Imperatori occasionally finished ahead of established professionals. He outran Mike Conway, a Platinum-graded driver and two-time champion, once, as well as Roman Rusinov, a Gold-graded two-time champion, John Martin, a one-time champion, and Jacques Nicolet, a Bronze-graded competitor. These results represent isolated instances rather than a consistent pattern of beating stronger drivers. His team, KCMG, is a professional outfit with 15 wins across the index and has fielded drivers up to the calibre of Tsugio Matsuda.
Imperatori retired from racing after 2013 and has not competed since.
