Alisha Palmowski is an entry-level professional racing driver competing in the Red Bull Academy Programme for Campos Racing. She races in F1 Academy, a multiclass championship running across 13 countries, where she competes across the FR, OR and R1 classes alongside a concurrent campaign in GB4, a national single-class series. Her record spans 40 starts from 2024 through 2026, with 7 wins and 20 podiums.[1]

In GB4 during 2024, Palmowski took 3 wins from 18 rounds and finished the season second in the championship standings with 11 podiums. She has since moved her primary focus to F1 Academy, where she has taken 4 wins from 22 starts across the past two seasons and scored 9 podiums. She finished ahead of Doriane Pin, the 2025 F1 Academy champion, on four occasions despite Pin's 28 starts in the series and credentials that include the 2022 Ferrari Challenge Prancer title and experience in Formula Regional European and the World Endurance Championship.[2]

Palmowski races regularly against Ella Lloyd, an entry-level professional with 43 British Formula 4 starts, and holds a consistent advantage over Megan Bruce, a semi-professional FIA Silver driver. Among Campos Racing's 108 drivers on record, the team's ceiling is generational; its most accomplished graduate is Lando Norris. Palmowski has taken wins at venues including Silverstone and Zandvoort, the latter achieved while managing pressure midway through the 2026 F1 Academy season.
