Athan Sterling is a club-level driver competing in a range of national single-seater and multiclass racing in the United States. His primary series this season is the IMSA Pilot Challenge, where he races a GT4-level sports car in the GS class for Medusa Motorsports; he also runs in the Zenith Racing Series, where he currently sits 18th in the championship standings from two rounds completed so far. Sterling has three seasons of racing on record since 2024, with 27 starts across six series.[1]
His record spans junior single-seaters and endurance racing. In 2024, he started out in the Ligier JS F4 Series and found early success in SCCA Regionals, taking four podium finishes from four starts in that venue. The following year brought moves to Formula Regional Americas and SCCA Majors competition; in 2026, he joined Medusa Motorsports for IMSA Pilot Challenge and the Zenith Racing Series. Across his career, he has taken four podiums from 27 starts, all of them in his debut season.[2]
