Bayley Currey is a professional stock car racing driver competing part-time in the NASCAR Truck Series for Tricon Garage, where he drives the No. 5 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. He races primarily on ovals across the national NASCAR championships; his career spans a decade from 2017 to the present, with 207 starts split among the Truck Series, the Xfinity Series, and the Cup Series, though he has not reached the podium except once in his Truck Series tenure.[1]

Currey has spent most of his indexed racing in the Xfinity and Truck Series, running 110 Xfinity starts between 2018 and 2023 and 84 Truck starts from 2017 onwards, with a single podium finish in the Truck Series. He made 13 starts in the NASCAR Cup Series between 2019 and 2021. His most recent activity came in 2023 in the Xfinity Series, where he finished 35th in the championship standings across four rounds. He now divides his time between full-time work as truck chief for Tricon Garage and part-time driving duties for the same team and occasionally for Copp Motorsports.[2]

Currey races regularly against established professionals in fields that blend amateur and semi-professional drivers with graded stars. He is closely matched with Matt Mills, a fellow professional who has made far more starts across both series, and consistently finishes behind Brandon Jones, an established professional and former champion. He has finished ahead of Christopher Bell and Ty Gibbs, both elite professionals with multiple championships to their names, on a combined seven occasions across their meetings.
