🇯🇵 Natsu Sakaguchi

Natsu Sakaguchi is a professional racing driver competing in Super GT's GT300 class, a national multiclass endurance championship in Japan that runs FIA GT3 machinery and Japanese-built specials shared between multiple drivers per car. Graded FIA Silver, he races for JLOC, one of the series' established teams. He has spent a full decade in Super GT, from 2017 to the present, accumulating 69 starts across ten seasons of competition.[1]

Sakaguchi has taken four podiums in that span, a modest return across a sustained career in the series. His record shows him as a mid-field regular among the full-season GT300 entrants. He typically finishes behind Naoya Gamou, a Gold-graded 2018 Super GT GT300 champion and one of his most frequent opponents, though he runs closely matched with Hiroki Yoshimoto, another regular on the grid. On isolated occasions he has finished ahead of much stronger drivers; he has beaten Sho Tsuboi, a Platinum-graded professional with five Super GT seasons and five Super Formula titles, three times across their meetings, and once finished ahead of Alex Palou, the five-time IndyCar champion. The 2026 season is underway with two rounds completed so far.[2]
