Christian Hirsch is a club-level driver from Switzerland who raced in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, a national multiclass endurance championship where amateurs and semi-professionals share the track with graded professionals. He competed in the series' H2 and V5/V6 production car classes across five seasons from 2012 to 2021, driving for the privateering operation Car #626.[1]
Hirsch made twelve starts over his indexed career, the bulk of them in the mid-2010s. He finished behind his most regular opponents, Marc Wylach and Tobias Overbeck, both of whom accumulated far more experience in the series. He did beat Wolfgang Kaufmann, an entry-level professional with a 2012 Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie championship and extensive runs in the FIA GT Championship, on one occasion, and took a finish ahead of Dirk Groneck, a semi-professional who won the series' Cup 3 class three times between 2013 and 2015.[2]
