Corey Rueth is a competitive amateur racer competing in national multiclass club and amateur racing across sprint formats. He has spent the bulk of his career in NASA's multiclass championship since 2005, racing pony cars in American Iron and CMC classes and production-based machinery in Super Touring 4. He has raced for WindingRoadRacing.com and competes regularly in SCCA Majors across B-Spec and SRF3 classes.[1]
His record spans 87 starts from 2005 to the present, with 10 wins and 34 podiums largely accumulated in NASA over nearly fifteen seasons. The 2016 Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by Michelin marked his only foray into single-class racing; driving for WindingRoadRacing.com, he completed all ten rounds of the season and finished 19th in championship standings. He has returned to multiclass competition in SCCA Majors since 2022, taking a win and three podiums across thirteen starts.[2]
Rueth races regularly against established multiclass competitors; his most frequent rivals include Michael Mosty, a four-time NASA CMC class champion with 282 NASA starts, with whom he has remained closely matched. He has also finished ahead of professional drivers including entry-level professional Mason Filippi on four occasions and professional Robby Foley, an FIA Gold driver and current GT World Challenge America Pro-Am champion, twice.
