Mason Filippi is an American racing driver who currently competes for DXDT Racing in the GTD class of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. His path to the top levels of sports car racing began in Spec Miata competition, where he took part in the Global MX-5 Cup and the Teen Mazda Challenge and claimed class wins at the 25 Hours of Thunderhill in both 2015 and 2016. From there, Filippi moved into touring car racing, spending the 2017 through 2019 seasons in the TC America Series and the Pirelli World Challenge, finishing among the top five in points each year. He later built a strong association with Bryan Herta Autosport, with whom he finished second in the Michelin Pilot Challenge standings in 2019 and third in 2020, and with whom he continues to compete in the TCR class, including a class win at the 2024 24 Hours of Nürburgring and a contribution to the team's 2025 Michelin Pilot Challenge Team Championship.[1]
