🇩🇪 Sebastian Balthasar

Sebastian Balthasar is a professional racing driver, FIA Silver-graded, whose career has centred on shared-car endurance racing in Lamborghini and single-seater competition. He races Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo cars in the Pro class of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe series for Leipert Motorsport, competing in multiclass grids that mix amateur and professional drivers on the same track.[1]

Balthasar's record spans four seasons from 2014 to 2024 across 15 starts. He began in single-seaters with five starts in GP3 in 2014 before a gap of seven years. From 2021 onwards he turned to endurance racing, taking a single start in the 24H Series in a shared GT3 car, then establishing himself in Lamborghini Super Trofeo competition across Europe and at the World Final. His sole podium came in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe series.[2]

In that field Balthasar typically finishes behind established opponents such as Amaury Bonduel and Rodrigo Testa, both FIA Silver-graded professionals with extensive Lamborghini experience. He has twice beaten Ugo De Wilde, an established professional with a background in Formula Renault and GT racing, and once finished ahead of Danny Formal, a three-time Lamborghini Super Trofeo North American champion.
