🇨🇦 Mark Wilkins

Mark Wilkins is a professional endurance racing driver competing in multiclass championships across North America and Europe. He races TCR touring cars and GT machinery in the IMSA Pilot Challenge for Bryan Herta Autosport with Curb Agajanian, where he holds a 2019 championship. Graded FIA Gold, he competes at the full-professional level in sportscar racing.[1]

Wilkins has spent his career primarily in shared-car endurance racing, beginning with Star Mazda in 2004 before moving to IMSA machinery in 2014. His breakthrough came in the IMSA Pilot Challenge, where he has accumulated 14 wins and 32 podiums across 79 starts since 2019, including the TCR-class title that year. He has also competed in the IMSA WeatherTech championship, racing both GT3 and prototype machinery, and expanded his range to European endurance racing in 2023 with four starts in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, where he took three podiums. In 2024 he contested the Nürburgring 24 Hours in a TCR car, securing a win, and started two rounds of the TCR World Tour, finishing 18th in the championship standings.[2]

His regular competition in the Pilot Challenge places him among entry-level and emerging professionals. Tim Lewis and Harry Gottsacker, both regular opponents in that series, are closely matched with him; Gottsacker holds back-to-back TCR titles in the same championship in 2023 and 2025. Wilkins has finished ahead of significantly stronger drivers in single-race competition, including Kyle Larson, the 2021 and 2025 NASCAR Cup Series champion, and Austin Cindric, who won the 2020 NASCAR Xfinity championship, though these remain isolated results rather than a pattern of domination over that calibre.
