Christian Kelders was an entry-level professional competing in multiclass endurance racing. He raced GT3 cars across the 24H Series from 2017 to 2023 for Saintéloc Junior Team, and made four starts in the FIA GT Championship between 2006 and 2009 for First Motorsport. His career spanned 12 starts over a 17-year span on record.[1]
In the 24H Series, an international championship mixing amateur and professional crews in shared-car endurance races, Kelders typically finished behind established regulars. He raced most often against Charles Putman, a 2018 24H Series A6-AM champion with 43 starts in that series, and Charles Espenlaub, an FIA Silver-graded entry-level professional and co-champion of that same class in 2018 with 43 series starts; he rarely finished ahead of either. His FIA GT Championship stint produced a 29th-place finish in the 2009 season standings. Within that championship he finished ahead of Michael Bartels, a three-time FIA GT Champion, and Fabrizio Gollin, a 2004 FIA GT Champion, though each occasion came against drivers far more experienced and capable than himself.[2]
