Dana Blackhurst is a competitive amateur racing in national-level multiclass sprint championships in the United States. The driver competes in SCCA Regionals and Majors in production-based GT machinery, racing the SPO class in Regionals and GT2 tube-frame silhouette cars in Majors, and has recently stepped up to Trans-Am competition in the SGT class.[1]
Blackhurst's first indexed season came in 2024 SCCA Regionals, where the driver took one win and four podiums across five rounds. The 2025 season saw a move to SCCA Majors, with four starts in GT2 machinery. In the current 2026 campaign, Blackhurst has competed in both SCCA Majors and Trans-Am; after three rounds in Trans-Am so far, the driver sits ninth in the championship standings.[2]

Stephen Sauers, the 2025 SCCA Regionals T1 champion with ten starts in Regionals and eight in Majors, and John Atwell, the 2025 SCCA Majors GT2 champion with fifteen Majors starts and fourteen in Trans-Am TA2, are frequent opponents whom Blackhurst typically finishes behind, though has beaten individually.
