David Levine is a professional driver who raced in national American stock car series from 2013 to 2016. His primary competition was in the ARCA Menards Series, where he started 24 times, mostly on oval tracks. He also made a single NASCAR Truck Series start in 2015 and two NASA multiclass races in a spec Nissan 350Z during 2013. His career spanned four seasons and totalled 27 starts across these series.[1]
Levine finished 32nd in NASCAR Truck championship standings after a single round in 2015. His only podium across his entire career came in ARCA Menards racing. He raced for several teams, most regularly for Ford Performance and Momo, which fielded him for nine of his starts. The strength of his opposition in ARCA was uneven; while he finished behind established competitors like Josh Williams and Tom Hessert III in their regular matchups, he occasionally finished ahead of drivers who went on to much stronger careers, including elite professionals Christopher Bell and Austin Cindric, whom he beat twice and once respectively across their limited meetings.[2]
Levine was consistently mid-pack in a field that ranged from semi-professional entrants to graded professionals. His results against the drivers he met most often showed he sat toward the lower end of the regular ARCA grid, but his occasional finishes ahead of Silver-graded drivers who would race at the Cup level demonstrate that the field's variance meant results that read better than his typical position relative to his actual competition.
