Bankcy is an entry-level professional racing in shared-driver endurance cars for Proton Competition. The driver competes in the Asian Le Mans Series and the European Le Mans Series, piloting a GT3 car in the LMGT3 class of the latter. This is their first season on record, with eight starts across both championships.[1]
Bankcy has taken six starts in the Asian Le Mans Series and two in the European Le Mans Series, where they currently sit 16th in the championship standings with more rounds to come. Against the established professional field they encounter in both series, they have finished ahead of Laurin Heinrich, a Gold-graded driver and 2024 IMSA WeatherTech GTDPRO champion, twice; and Lucas Auer, a Platinum-graded driver and 2024 GT World Challenge Europe champion, twice. They run closely with Blake McDonald, a professional competitor across GT World Challenge America, Asian Le Mans and Lamborghini racing, but typically finish behind Richard Lietz, a Platinum-graded former WEC LMGTE Pro and current WEC LMGT3 champion with extensive experience across three major endurance series.[2]
