Davide Rigon is a professional endurance racing driver and FIA Platinum-graded competitor racing for AF Corse in the FIA World Endurance Championship. He also competes in European Le Mans Series GT racing and selected IMSA WeatherTech rounds, driving Ferrari GT and GTE machinery across these series. His career spans 19 seasons from 2005 to the present, with 209 starts across multiple championships.[1]

Rigon won the WEC title in 2016 driving for AF Corse, a championship that remains his sole top-line honour. His WEC record across 13 seasons shows 84 starts yielding 7 wins and 30 podiums; he has added 2 wins and 4 podiums in European Le Mans Series competition over the past four years, and has taken a further win in IMSA WeatherTech over his 12 seasons in that championship. In 2026 he sits 22nd in the WEC standings after five rounds, still competing in an ongoing season. His career began in single-seaters, 17 GP2 starts from 2009 to 2011 and earlier open-wheel competition, before establishing himself across endurance racing from 2008 onwards.[2]

Rigon races regularly against established professionals of equivalent grade. His head-to-head record against Richard Lietz, a two-time WEC champion who holds both LMGTE Pro and LMGT3 titles, shows them closely matched across WEC and European Le Mans Series meetings. He meets Marco Sorensen, a 2022 WEC champion, on similar terms in endurance competition. Against stronger opposition he has occasionally prevailed; he finished ahead of Nico Hülkenberg, a former Formula 3 Euro Series and GP2 champion, in one meeting, and has beaten Kyle Kirkwood, an Indy NXT champion with 86 IndyCar starts, seven times across IMSA WeatherTech and WEC rounds in recent seasons.
