Dawson Sutton is a professional stock car racer competing part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for Rackley W.A.R., driving the No. 26/27 Chevrolet Silverado RST. He has also made starts in the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards East. His career spans three seasons from 2024 to the present, with 54 total starts across these national-level championships.[1]

Sutton's record in the NASCAR Truck Series stands at 51 starts across the 2024, 2025 and 2026 seasons, with the majority of his driving on ovals and a handful of appearances on road and street courses. He currently sits 32nd in the 2026 championship standings with the season still in progress. In 2024 he made two starts in the ARCA Menards Series and one start in ARCA Menards East. His strongest single-race performances include a finish ahead of Chase Briscoe, the 2016 ARCA Menards Series champion and an elite-level driver with extensive NASCAR Cup and Xfinity experience, and ahead of Tony Stewart, an established professional and former IndyCar champion.[2]

Sutton races regularly against Layne Riggs and Ty Majeski, both established professionals with significant truck-series and ARCA experience. Majeski is the 2024 NASCAR Truck champion.
