Muffato made his Stock Car Pro Series debut in 2015 and returned to race once more in 2016, finishing 29th in the championship standings that season. His career on record is brief; he raced against a mixed field of amateur, semi-professional and professional competitors in Brazil's top stock car category. In his limited outings, he finished ahead of established professionals including Bruno Senna, the 2017 WEC LMP2 champion and former Formula 1 driver, and Jaime Alguersuari, who competed in Formula 1 and multiple single-seater series. His Stock Car Brasil victory came in 2003, predating his indexed activity in the Pro Series.[2]
