Alifraco took one win and eight podiums across his career, the win coming in TC Pista Mouras in 2010 when he also logged four podiums in fourteen starts. His TC Mouras tenure from 2011 to 2013 yielded four podiums in thirty starts. He spent his longest spell in TC Pista from 2013 onward, recording 63 starts before finishing twenty-seventh in the standings in his final active season of 2017.[2]
His regular opponents were semi-professional drivers Pablo Costanzo and Juan Martín Bruno, both of whom he matched closely across multiple seasons.
