Howard Altman is a developing amateur driver who competed across eight seasons from 2011 to 2026 with a Racer Rating of 962, placing him among the entry level of competitive drivers. His racing career consisted of 40 starts across multiple series, with a modest average finishing position of seventh place among classified results. His most recent and only recorded activity came in 2021 when he started a single race in American Endurance Racing, finishing 131st.[1]

The head-to-head record against his most frequent rivals tells a story of a driver operating at the lower end of a competitive amateur field. Against Michael Embler, his most common opponent across 24 shared races, Altman held a narrow advantage of 13 finishes ahead to 11 behind.
