Jacob Bulger is a club-level driver. His rating of 2,008 places him in the developing to club racing band, representing the entry end of competitive motorsport where drivers are building experience against regional and amateur fields. Bulger's career on record consists of a single start in the 2008 SKUSA SuperNationals, a major karting event, where he finished twenty-second; he recorded no wins or podiums. He is now retired from racing.[1]

The circumstances of Bulger's sole recorded appearance are notable chiefly for whom he encountered. In that single event he finished ahead of Trent Hindman, who would later become a multiple IMSA champion and is graded FIA Gold; he also outpaced established professionals Guilherme Silva and Remo Ruscitti, the latter FIA Silver graded. Such results in isolation do not reshape an overall record of minimal racing activity, but they indicate that Bulger was competitive against drivers of genuine calibre on the day he raced. His career, however, extended no further than that one outing.
