Jan Engelbrecht is a competitive amateur racing in the 24H Series, a multiclass endurance championship in which production-based touring cars, GT4 cars and TCR machines share the grid across multiple classes. Racing for Team Hyundai Denmark, Engelbrecht competed across six starts between 2017 and 2022.[1]
Engelbrecht took one win from six starts in the series. Against his most regular opponents, both experienced professionals with extensive endurance racing records, he typically finished behind them; he did, however, beat Josh Cook, a BTCC professional with over 300 starts in that series, once, and Alex Sedgwick, an entry-level professional with experience in Porsche Carrera Cup and GT World Challenge racing, once.[2]
