🇬🇧 Josh Cook

Josh Cook is a professional racing driver competing in the British Touring Car Championship for Speedworks Corolla Racing, where he has raced since 2015. Graded FIA Silver, he competes at the level below the full-professional grades in endurance and sportscar racing. His one excursion into multiclass endurance came in 2017, when he took a podium finish in the 24H Series A2 class, sharing a production-based touring car with teammates.[1]

Cook has completed twelve seasons in the BTCC with 346 starts, taking 23 wins and 60 podiums across that span. His 2026 campaign, still in progress, has yielded two wins and five podiums from 25 rounds run so far, and he currently sits fifth in the championship standings. His record against the series' strongest drivers is substantial; he has finished ahead of Ash Sutton, a four-time BTCC champion, on 96 occasions, and he has also beaten Alain Menu, who raced in the World Touring Car Championship and International Formula 3000.[2]

Cook's regular competitors in the BTCC are Tom Ingram, the 2022 and 2025 BTCC champion and a Gold-graded established professional, and Adam Morgan, a Silver-graded professional like himself. The pair are closely matched with each other across their shared seasons. Recent form has included wet-weather wins at Croft and consistent grid performance through qualifying races, establishing him as a fixture in the series' competitive midfield.
