Jan Magnussen is a Danish racing driver whose career has spanned Formula One, CART, NASCAR, and endurance sports car racing over several decades. Coming up through open-wheel competition before moving into international motorsport, he built his reputation primarily through long-distance sports car racing, most notably as a factory driver for General Motors with Corvette Racing until the end of the 2020 season. During that tenure he won his class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans four times, in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2009, claimed the GTLM class at the 2015 24 Hours of Daytona, and took the IMSA Sportscar Championship in both 2017 and 2018.[1]
