Austin Beers is an established professional competing full-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, one of North America's oldest and most competitive short-track stock car championships. He drives the No. 64 for G&G Electrical Supply / Dell Electric under car owner Mike Murphy, a single-car operation, and has been racing in the series continuously since 2021.[1]

Beers won the 2025 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour championship, the series' title in its own right. Across his six seasons on record he has taken five wins and 22 podiums from 83 starts, establishing himself as a consistent front-runner. In 2026, a season still in progress, he sits third in the standings with four podiums from the 13 rounds raced so far.[2]

His regular opposition includes Justin Bonsignore, a six-time series champion and the grid's dominant figure, whom Beers runs closely with across meetings. He typically finishes ahead of semi-professional regulars such as Ken Heagy. He has beaten drivers who have raced at higher levels of NASCAR, including elite professional Ryan Preece, who competed in 265 NASCAR Cup Series races, on four occasions.
