Jeremy Christensen is a retired competitive amateur who raced in NASA's national multiclass championship between 2004 and 2014. He drove Legends Coupes, 5/8-scale 1930s-style machines powered by motorcycle engines, competing in the Legends and Legends Pro classes across 24 starts for the Legends Coupe team.[1]
Over his ten-year span, Christensen took nine wins and seventeen podiums. His final season in 2014 saw him win three of the three rounds he contested and finish fifth in the championship standings. His record places him among regular competitors in the series; he typically finished ahead of Bobby Christensen, a competitive amateur with fifty-seven NASA starts and experience in Ferrari Challenge, and ran closely matched with Bobby Pugh, a club-level driver with sixty-two NASA appearances.[2]
Christensen's wins included three against Dave Newsham, an entry-level professional with sixty-six British Touring Car Championship starts. He also beat Rory Penttinen once; Penttinen holds an FIA Silver grading and has raced in the European Le Mans Series and Le Mans Cup.
