Jonathan Coleman contested a single World Endurance Championship race in 2016 with SO24 ! By Lombard Racing, an LMP2 team. His sole classified start came at a professional level of motorsport; the WEC field at that time included multiple former and active champions alongside drivers of international single-seater pedigree. Coleman finished 61st in his one race, below the average he would establish across his recorded career. His performance on the day saw him classified ahead of several notably stronger drivers, among them Silver-graded champion Ben Keating, Platinum-graded champion Jeroen Bleekemolen, fellow Platinum-graded professional Ryan Dalziel, and Japanese driver Shinji Nakano; each result was achieved once and does not constitute a pattern.[1]
The team Coleman drove for competed without a win record across the index. His recorded career lasted one season and consisted solely of this endurance racing appearance. He has since retired from the sport.
