Jonathan Vasquez is a club-level driver racing in national solo sprint championships. He competes in multiclass fields across NASA, SCCA Majors and American Endurance Racing, driving German cars in NASA's GTS classes and high-performance production machinery in SCCA Majors' T1 class.[1]
Over 11 seasons from 2010 to 2025, Vasquez has taken 30 starts across these series, with 3 wins and 11 podiums. His strongest period came in American Endurance Racing, a shared-car endurance series where he won twice in three starts between 2018 and 2020. In NASA's solo sprint racing, he scored a win and four additional podiums across 14 starts from 2010 to 2014. His current activity is in SCCA Majors, where he has taken four podiums in 13 starts since 2021; he is currently competing in this series in 2025, with one podium from two rounds raced.[2]
He typically finishes behind regular opponents Hugh Stewart, a competitive amateur and reigning SCCA Runoffs champion, and Mark Boden, an entry-level professional and two-time SCCA Runoffs winner. He has beaten the entry-level professionals Ryan Hall twice and Jeff Segal once, with Segal the 2020 American Endurance Racing Class 3 champion.
