Keith Jensen is a Bronze-graded amateur club-level driver competing in national solo sprint racing across multiple multiclass championships in the United States. His primary experience comes from Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup, where he made 36 starts for Slipstream Performance between 2016 and 2019 in spec Mazda MX-5 machinery. He has also raced Porsche GT cars in PCA Club Racing, spec Miatas in NASA and the SCCA's Majors and Regionals series, and currently remains active.[1]
Jensen won the 2016 PCA Club Racing championship, taking 11 victories and 16 podiums from 22 starts across the GT4CS, GTB1 and SPB Porsche classes. His record in Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup across four seasons yielded no wins from 36 starts. In the SCCA Majors series, which began in 2023, he has logged 14 starts with a single podium and runs in the SM spec Miata class.[2]
Jensen's regular opponents in multiclass national racing include entry-level professional Hernan Palermo and semi-professional Nathanial Sparks, the 2016 Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup ND1 champion; against both he usually finishes behind. His record includes rare occasions beating significantly stronger drivers, among them established Gold-graded professionals Eric Curran and Robby Foley, each once.
