Kevin Foster is an entry-level professional who races single-seater cars in national championships. In 2023, his only indexed season, he competed in French F4 for 19 starts and in the TGRNA GR Cup North America Am class for four rounds with OpenRoad Racing, accumulating one win and ten podiums across both series before retiring from racing.[1]
Foster's record in French F4 showed him competitive within a mixed field of amateurs, semi-professionals and graded professionals. He took one win and nine podiums from his 19 starts in the championship, placing himself among the regular front-runners. In the TGRNA GR Cup North America, he made four starts in the Am class Toyota GR86 series and finished sixteenth in the season standings. His strongest results came against established professionals; he finished ahead of Hiyu Yamakoshi, a driver with 19 Formula 3 starts and 16 Formula Regional European races, on eight occasions, and regularly matched pace with Evan Giltaire, an FIA Silver-graded professional with 42 Formula Regional European starts who has also raced Super Formula Lights.[2]
Foster raced alongside the 2023 French F4 champion Enzo Peugeot in regular competition, finishing ahead of him on seven occasions. The field he competed in included multiple drivers with European single-seater experience and international credentials, and his ability to score consistently against that level defined his single season of indexed racing.
