Chad Chastain is an American stock car racing driver who competed in the NASCAR Xfinity Series during his career. The younger brother of NASCAR Cup Series driver Ross Chastain, he came up through stock car racing ranks before making appearances at the Xfinity level, including part-time work behind the wheel of the No. 91 Chevrolet Camaro for DGM Racing. His NASCAR experience also included part-time starts in the Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 41 Chevrolet Silverado for Niece Motorsports.[1]
Across his Xfinity Series career, Chastain made nine starts without recording a win, a podium finish, or a series championship. His Racer Rating stands at 2,345, placing him 4600th among active drivers on a scale where the sport's top competitors reach figures between 10,000 and 11,500, reflecting a career spent largely outside the sport's upper competitive tier. In the 2026 season, Chastain ran four rounds without a win or podium, finishing 54th in the standings. Now retired from competition, Chastain's career is recorded as that of a limited-schedule Xfinity Series participant who never broke through to victory lane during his time in the series.[2]
