🇩🇪 Kurt Ecke

Kurt Ecke is a competitive amateur racing in German national multiclass endurance championships. He holds an FIA Bronze grading, the amateur level in endurance racing. His primary series are the Nürburgring 24 Hours and the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, where he races modified production-based cars in the SP 7 class and Porsche 911 GT3 Cup machinery; he has also raced alternative-fuel cars in the Nürburgring 24 Hours AT class. He drives for Cargraphic by Kurt Ecke Motorsport in the 24-hour race.[1]

Ecke has made five starts across both championships since 2013, with one podium finish to date. His record in the Nürburgring 24 Hours spans four appearances from 2019 onwards, yielding that single podium; his sole outing in the Langstrecken-Serie came in 2013. He currently competes in the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours, which remains in progress.[2]

His regular opponents include entry-level professionals graded FIA Silver. He typically finishes behind Tim Scheerbarth, a seven-time Langstrecken-Serie class champion with over a century of starts in that series and six appearances at the 24 Hours. Against Robin Chrzanowski, another Silver-graded regular in both championships, Ecke usually finishes ahead. He has beaten professional-level drivers on occasion, including Stephan Köhler, a three-time Langstrecken-Serie class champion.
