Mia Flewitt was an entry-level professional racing in the British GT Championship, a national multiclass endurance series where GT3 and GT4 cars share the grid with amateur and semi-professional competitors. She drove GT3 machinery for 7TSIX, a team fielded across nine of her twenty career starts. Flewitt raced in three seasons from 2020 to 2022, retiring after the 2022 campaign.[1]
Across those three seasons she took one win and two podium finishes. She finished fifteenth in the 2022 championship standings in what was described as a full-time effort with 7TSIX in a newly formed McLaren GT3 squad. She spent most of her racing against entry-level professionals; she was closely matched with James Kell, a regular opponent at the same level, but usually finished behind Jamie Caroline, the 2020 British GT Championship GT4 champion. Among the stronger drivers she encountered were Sandy Mitchell and Joel Eriksson, both established professionals and Platinum-graded; she finished ahead of both on multiple occasions, though Mitchell alone had fifty-one British GT starts and held the 2020 GT3 title.[2]
