Rita Goulet is a competitive amateur racing in a national single-class stock car series. She competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series and its regional feeder, ARCA Menards East, driving a Toyota for her own team, Integrity Autosports. She has raced in these series since 2022, amassing 38 starts across five seasons while also serving as a police officer.[1]

Goulet has spent most of her 21 ARCA Menards East starts on oval tracks, with a handful of road-course appearances; her 17 ARCA Menards Series starts follow a similar pattern, skewed toward ovals. She currently sits 34th in the 2026 ARCA Menards Series standings after two rounds. Her record in these series is primarily defined by her position against competitors at or just above her own level; she regularly finishes ahead of Brad Smith, a fellow competitive amateur with over 280 series starts across ARCA's variants, and has beaten the semi-professional Ivis Earley twice. She typically finishes behind Zachary Tinkle, an entry-level professional who runs both ARCA series regularly.[2]

Goulet has had occasional success against stronger graded drivers; she finished ahead of Carson Brown, a professional who has raced ARCA, Trans-Am and other national series, once in their meetings. Her most recent campaign began after the formation of Integrity Autosports in early 2026, following the suspension of a previous team owner.
