John Bleazard retired after two seasons in International GT, a moderately competitive sprint racing series that sits between club-level GT4 and more demanding IMSA competition. Across 18 starts from 2022 to 2023, he secured three podiums but no wins, finishing on average in sixth place. His competitive environment was mixed; the grid consisted largely of ungraded amateurs and gentleman drivers, though it included occasional professionals and FIA-graded competitors.[1]

Bleazard showed uneven form against his regular rivals. He had losing records against most of them, notably finishing behind Lukas Pank, a championship-winning driver rated considerably stronger, in nine of ten shared races; he lost to Javier Ripoll and Brady Behrman, both rated above him, far more often than he beat them. Against James Hamman and Robert Wisen, closer competitors in skill, he held even head-to-head records. His podium finishes occasionally came against stronger opposition; he beat Pippa Mann, an FIA Silver-graded driver, three times, and recorded isolated victories over Daniel Herrington and Nathan Byrd, the latter an FIA Silver champion. These results remained scattered across his limited career rather than forming a sustained pattern.

Bleazard's rating of 1,845 places him among club-level amateur racers, reflective of a brief semi-professional stint in a moderately skilled but predominantly amateur series. His career in International GT yielded modest returns and he has since retired from racing.
