🇩🇪 Sebastian Brandl

Sebastian Brandl is a competitive amateur racing in national multiclass endurance championships at the Nürburgring. He competes in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, where he drives a BMW M240i Racing car in the M240i class and a Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport in the Cup 3 class, and contests the Nürburgring 24 Hours, racing modified production-based machinery in the SP 7 class. He shares his cars with co-drivers across both series.[1]

Brandl holds three podium finishes from seven starts across his first three indexed seasons from 2024 to 2026. Two of those podiums came in the Langstrecken-Serie; one in the 24 Hours. His most recent appearance is the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours, which is still in progress.[2]

The fields he races in include entry-level professionals with multiple titles. Sven Markert, a four-time Langstrecken-Serie BMW M240i champion, is a regular opponent; Brandl typically finishes behind him. Ranko Mijatovic, an FIA Silver-graded entry-level professional and two-time champion in the series, is similarly a frequent rival. Brandl has once finished ahead of Tom Dillmann, an established professional and FIA Gold driver with a Formula V8 3.5 title and multiple endurance championships including Le Mans Cup LMP3 and IMSA WeatherTech LMP2, as well as ahead of Jakub Smiechowski, an established professional who has raced in the World Endurance Championship and IMSA WeatherTech.
