🇺🇸 Spencer Boyd

Spencer Boyd is an entry-level professional competing in NASCAR's national stock car racing series. He has raced primarily in the NASCAR Truck Series for Copp Motorsports since 2016, with additional starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and three Cup Series appearances. Boyd is a team owner as well as a driver, co-owning Freedom Racing Enterprises with Chris Miller.[1]

Over eleven seasons from 2016 through 2026, Boyd has accumulated 222 starts across three series. His record shows one win and one podium finish, both coming in the Truck Series. He is predominantly an oval-track racer, with 156 of his 169 Truck Series starts on ovals; his Xfinity work similarly concentrated on oval competition. His most recent indexed activity came in 2021 Xfinity racing, where he finished 32nd in the championship standings across nine rounds.[2]

Boyd races in fields that span amateur through professional competition. Against regular opponents in the Truck Series, he typically finishes behind established drivers such as Ben Rhodes and Grant Enfinger, a two-time ARCA Menards Series champion. He has occasionally finished ahead of much stronger drivers, including elite professionals Christopher Bell and Joey Logano, though these were infrequent outcomes across a larger body of head-to-head racing.
