Tim Sanderson is a semi-professional driver who races in national multiclass sprint championships in North America. His career spans solo single-seater and sports prototype racing across PCA Club Racing, Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge, and Radical Cup NA, competing in Porsche and Radical machinery. He last raced for Northwest Atlantic Motorsports in 2024.[1]

Over two decades indexed on record, Sanderson accumulated 29 starts from 2004 through 2024, with eight wins and eleven podiums distributed across three series. His longest tenure came in PCA Club Racing, where he competed in club and entry-level professional fields across multiple Porsche classes between 2004 and 2012, recording six wins and nine podiums in 24 starts. After an eight-year gap, he returned to racing in 2024 with Radical Cup NA, immediately taking two wins and two podiums from three starts in the RCC MAST class.[2]

In PCA Club Racing, a series fielding graded professionals alongside amateur and semi-professional entrants, Sanderson typically finished ahead of developing driver Bruce Hauben but behind club-level regular Larry Herman. He twice defeated Orey Fidani, a professional with an extensive record in IMSA WeatherTech and Pilot Challenge racing, and once beat Carlos de Quesada, an entry-level professional with Porsche Carrera Cup experience.
