Jon DeGaynor is a semi-professional racing in national multiclass sprint championships across the United States. He competes in SVRA's Group 6 8 12 class and Trans-Am's GT1 and TA classes, driving tube-frame V8 silhouette cars in the latter. His career began in 2024 and remains active through 2026.[1]
DeGaynor has taken five wins and seven podiums across 20 starts. In SVRA he has won three of his ten starts and finished on the podium in four of them. In Trans-Am, where he races most, he holds two wins from ten starts with three podiums; he currently sits seventh in the 2026 championship with five rounds raced so far. His Trans-Am tenure spans three seasons from 2024 to 2026, with his SVRA campaign running concurrently since 2025.[2]
