Paul Menard is an established professional racing in a national single-class stock car series and a multiclass endurance-format championship. He drives the No. 3 Ford Mustang for 3GT Racing in Trans-Am, racing the TA class with a tube-frame V8 silhouette car. His rating of 5,136 places him among drivers who compete regularly at professional level against fields mixing amateurs through to graded professionals.[1]

Menard's career spans 22 seasons on record from 2003 to 2026, primarily in NASCAR Xfinity, where he made 220 starts for Richard Childress Racing and took three wins and 18 podiums across 16 seasons. He moved to NASCAR Cup Series in 2018 and ran 77 starts through 2019, scoring one podium. He joined Trans-Am in 2022 and has become a regular frontrunner there; across his first full season in 2025 he won the TA class championship, and so far through ten rounds of the 2026 season he holds second place in the standings with nine podiums and two wins. His recent wins include breaks against established frontrunners; in May and September 2026 he defeated Brabham, who held a streak at multiple venues. Against the regular rivals from his stock car years, Kyle Busch and Kevin Harvick, both established professionals and multiple champions, he typically finished behind them, though that context is from earlier in his career when they were at peak activity in the same series.
