Lorenzo Fluxá is an established professional racing driver rated 5,124, competing in multiclass and single-class endurance racing and open-wheel categories. He races for Vector Sport in the European Le Mans Series, Proton Competition in the World Endurance Championship and Asian Le Mans Series, and Steller Motorsport in GT World Challenge Europe. He holds FIA Gold grading, the full-professional classification in sportscar and endurance racing. His machinery spans LMP2 prototypes in the ELMS and AsLMS, and he has also raced single-seaters for Prema Racing and Team Motopark.[1]
Fluxá began his career in Italian Formula 4 in 2020 and spent three seasons in Formula Regional European from 2021 to 2023 with Prema Racing, taking two podiums across 51 starts. He transitioned to endurance racing in 2024, winning in Euroformula Open with Team Motopark and taking three wins from 16 starts in the European Le Mans Series with Vector Sport, where he has recorded four podiums. His record in the Asian Le Mans Series with Proton Competition spans eight starts from 2024 onwards. The World Endurance Championship has seen him take one start so far in 2026.[2]
In the European Le Mans Series, Fluxá regularly races against Maceo Capietto, a professional and Gold-graded driver with Formula Regional European experience, finishing ahead of him consistently. He meets Kas Haverkort, an established professional and Silver-graded driver with 54 Formula Regional European starts, more often and typically finishes behind him. He has beaten Gabriel Bortoleto, an elite professional and Platinum-graded two-time Formula 2 champion with 38 Formula 1 starts, on nine occasions across their shared racing in Formula Regional European and the endurance series. He finished ahead of Andrea Kimi Antonelli, a generational driver and Platinum-graded Formula Regional European champion, once in their meetings in that championship.
