Walter Reed is a developing amateur racer competing in national-level multiclass sprint racing in the United States. He races tube-frame silhouette GT cars in the GT2 class of SCCA Majors and SCCA Regionals, and competes in Group 10 12 machinery for SVRA. His rating of 850 places him among drivers establishing themselves in club-level competition.[1]
Reed has raced across five seasons from 2022 onwards, with 14 starts spread across three series. His early record came in SCCA Regionals in 2022, where he took two podiums from two starts. He then moved to SCCA Majors from 2023, accumulating six starts without a podium finish in that more prominent national championship. His most recent activity is in SVRA, where he has taken one podium from two rounds raced in 2025.[2]
