Christian Gebhardt is an entry-level professional racing in multiclass endurance championships at the Nürburgring. He competes primarily in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, where he drives alternative-fuel and turbocharged production cars for Max Kruse Racing, and also contests the Nürburgring 24 Hours for HWA AG. His career spans 16 seasons of indexed racing from 2010 onwards, with a single international outing in the 24H Series in 2018.[1]
Gebhardt has taken ten podiums across 31 starts, with his sole win coming in the Nürburgring 24 Hours in 2019. The bulk of his record sits in the Langstrecken-Serie, where eight podiums across 24 starts place him as a consistent mid-field competitor in a field mixing amateurs and professionals. He has also finished on the podium twice more at the 24-hour race in the years since. He currently competes in the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours, still in progress.[2]
Gebhardt typically finishes behind Thorsten Wolter, a 2023 Langstrecken-Serie champion at his level, but runs closely with Juha Hannonen, a semi-professional regular in the series. He has beaten established and professional-level drivers in single races, including Gold-graded professionals Robert De Haan and Alessandro Ghiretti, who won the 2025 Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup; these remain isolated results against much stronger opposition rather than a pattern of competitive pace against that calibre.
