Robert de Haan is an established professional racing driver rated 5,081 and graded FIA Gold, competing primarily in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup for BWT Lechner Racing. He also races in multiclass endurance series, most recently GT World Challenge Europe and the 24H Series, where he drives a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup in the 992 class.[1]

De Haan's career spans six seasons from 2019 onwards. His foundation came through junior single-seater racing in 2021, when he made three starts in ADAC Formula 4 and two in Italian F4 with Van Amersfoort Racing, a year in which the latter team won the ADAC Formula 4 championship. His primary focus since 2023 has been the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, where across 16 starts he has taken one win and seven podiums; BWT Lechner Racing, his team in the series, won the championship in both 2024 and 2025 during his tenure. In endurance racing, he claimed a win and podium in a single 24H Series start in 2026 and a podium in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie the previous year. His earliest indexed start came in the 2019 SKUSA SuperNationals.[2]

In the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, a field mixing amateurs with professionals, de Haan races closely with Alessandro Ghiretti, the 2025 series champion; the two are evenly matched across their meetings. He regularly finishes ahead of Huub van Eijndhoven, a Silver-graded professional with substantial experience in Supercup, 24H Series and European Le Mans Series racing. Among the strongest drivers he has beaten are Andrea Kimi Antonelli, a generational talent and Formula 1 competitor who was ADAC Formula 4 and Italian F4 champion in 2022, and Charles Weerts, a Platinum-graded professional and three-time GT World Challenge Europe champion.
