🏳️ Deacon Greenfield

Deacon Greenfield is a competitive amateur racing at club level in SCCA competition. His rating of 2,436 places him at the front of club racing; he races against genuine competition with a real licence, self-funded, in fields that do not consistently include full professionals. Across five seasons from 2022 to 2026, Greenfield has made 51 starts, winning three times and recording 13 podiums, almost all of them in SCCA Regionals where he has driven the majority of his races. His average finish of seventh across all starts reflects a competitive position in the field without dominance.[1]

Greenfield's record against rivals shows him a middling competitor within his tier. He has driven regularly against Theodore Cahall, a three-time SCCA Regionals STL champion, finishing behind Cahall in 17 of 22 shared races. Against lower-rated club competitors such as James Roberts, Jon Moyer, and Jay Bindrim, Greenfield has won head-to-head records convincingly, which suggests he maintains consistency around the front of amateur fields. His occasional results against stronger drivers, beating FIA Silver-graded Nate Cicero once, and three other drivers in the 3,000 to 4,000 range, are isolated rather than repeatable; they do not constitute a pattern of beating that class of competitor.

Greenfield stepped up to SCCA Majors and the SCCA Runoffs, the series' top-tier events, but neither has yielded podium finishes in ten attempts. He remains active as of 2025, continuing to race in the SCCA Regionals where his three wins and majority of podiums have come.
