Devin Gregory raced in NASA, a multiclass national championship mixing amateur and professional drivers on the same track. He competed in the Spec Miata class, running a Mazda MX-5 Miata in spec trim, and the Super Touring 2 class for closed-wheel cars classed by power-to-weight. Over 15 seasons from 2007 to 2022, Gregory was a club-level competitor.[1]
Gregory recorded 70 starts across his time in NASA, taking 14 wins and 38 podiums. His final season in 2022 saw him finish 124th in the championship standings across two rounds.[2]
Gregory raced consistently against club-level opponents; Benjamin Miller and Paul Redante were regular rivals, and he remained closely matched with both. He beat entry-level professional Lance Bergstein three times, who had raced IMSA Pilot Challenge and GT4 America. He also finished ahead of Robert Noaker, a professional who won two Mustang Challenge titles and raced the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup, on three occasions.
