Eric Filgueiras is an entry-level professional racing in national-level GT and endurance championships, holding FIA Silver grading. He drives GT3 and GT4 cars in shared-driver endurance racing, splitting his time between Kellymoss, where he races in GT4 America and the Porsche Endurance Challenge, and RS1, his primary team with 31 starts across GT World Challenge America and International GT competition. His record spans five seasons from 2022 to the present across IMSA, GT World Challenge America, and single-make series.[1]
Filgueiras won the 2023 GT World Challenge America championship and the 2024 GT4 America championship, both with RS1. Across all series he has taken 12 wins and 34 podiums in 68 starts. His most consistent performance has come in GT4 America, where he has won four times in 22 starts across the Pro-Am and Silver classes since 2024. In GT World Challenge America he took two wins in ten starts in his championship season. He has also raced in IMSA Pilot Challenge, International GT, McLaren Trophy America, and IMSA WeatherTech; he opened the 2025 season with a win in the Porsche Endurance Challenge.[2]

He usually finishes behind Kenton Koch, an established professional and FIA Gold driver who won the 2025 GT World Challenge America Pro and GT4 America Silver championships and holds far more experience in both IMSA WeatherTech and IMSA Pilot Challenge. He typically finishes ahead of Spencer Pumpelly, a Silver-graded professional with deep roots in IMSA endurance racing. Among the strongest drivers he has beaten are Kyle Kirkwood, an elite professional who won the 2021 Indy NXT championship and has raced IndyCar and IMSA WeatherTech at the front, and Chase Briscoe, an elite professional from the NASCAR ranks with 222 Cup Series starts; both encounters came in single race outings rather than sustained competition.
