Frankie Mossman is an entry-level professional competing in USF Pro 2000, a national single-class open-wheel championship in the United States. He drives for Velocity Racing Development and has made 52 starts in the series since 2024, earning nine podiums across his first two full seasons. He previously raced in US F4 and competes regularly in the SKUSA SuperNationals, a national multiclass karting championship where he has contested three different classes.[1]
In his first indexed season, 2023, Mossman took two podiums from eight US F4 starts with Jay Howard Driver Development. He moved to USF Pro 2000 in 2024 and has spent two seasons there, establishing himself as a consistent midfield runner with occasional top-three finishes. He is currently fifth in the 2026 championship standings after 18 rounds, having taken five podiums so far this season. He continues to race the SKUSA SuperNationals annually alongside his primary USF Pro 2000 campaign, with a single podium across 11 starts in that multiclass field.[2]
Mossman regularly finishes ahead of fellow semi-professionals Tyke Durst and Logan Adams, both of whom he races frequently in USF Pro 2000 and have substantially more starts in the series. He has also finished ahead of Andrea Kimi Antonelli, a generational driver and Platinum-graded professional who won multiple Formula 4 and Formula Regional titles before moving to Formula 2, and ahead of Brent Crews, an established professional and 2023 Trans-Am TA2 champion with extensive NASCAR experience.
