Greg Pickett is an entry-level professional racing in Trans-Am, a national multiclass championship that fields amateur and professional drivers in the same races. He drives a tube-frame V8 silhouette car in the TA class and raced for his own operation, Muscle Milk Pickett Racing, which closed in 2014.[1]
Pickett made three indexed starts in Trans-Am between 2018 and 2022, taking two podiums. His most recent appearance was in 2022, when he finished 14th in the season standings after one round.[2]
He raced most regularly against Chris Dyson, a four-time Trans-Am TA champion and professional, and finished ahead of him once. He also beat Ernie Francis Jr once, a former two-time Trans-Am TA champion and Gold-graded driver.
