🇩🇪 Heiko Eichenberg

Eichenberg is an entry-level professional endurance racer competing in multiclass championships at the Nürburgring and internationally. He holds FIA Bronze grading, which marks him as an amateur or gentleman driver racing alongside professionals in sportscar and endurance fields. His primary series is the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, where he races for SRS Team Sorg Rennsport in Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport and BMW one-make cup machinery. He has also contested the Nürburgring 24 Hours and the international 24H Series, both of which run shared-driver endurance races across multiple classes and nations.[1]

Eichenberg has taken four championships in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, winning in 2018, 2020, 2023 and 2025. He has 133 starts across his indexed career dating to 2011, with 30 wins and 72 podiums; 27 of those wins have come in the Langstrecken-Serie, and 2 in the Nürburgring 24 Hours. His record in the 24H Series includes one win from two starts. He has raced the same team for nearly his entire indexed career, accumulating 38 starts with SRS Team Sorg Rennsport, which fields strong amateur and semi-professional competitors and has recorded 82 wins across the index with its entire roster.[2]

Eichenberg's regular opposition in the Langstrecken-Serie includes Horst Baumann, a fellow Bronze-graded entry-level professional with 109 starts in the series whom Eichenberg habitually outfinishes, and Moritz Oberheim, a Silver-graded competitor who has won multiple Langstrecken-Serie cup titles and races at closely matched pace. He has finished ahead of some far stronger drivers in endurance racing; Dries Vanthoor, an established professional and multiple GT World Challenge Europe champion, has been beaten once, as has Max Verstappen, the four-time Formula 1 world champion who has made occasional Langstrecken-Serie appearances. This season Eichenberg competes in the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours, which is still in progress.
