Jackson Tovo is a semi-professional racing in national single-class and multiclass sprint championships in the United States. He has raced primarily in the TGRNA GR Cup North America for Nitro Motorsports, competing in Toyota GR Corolla cars, and has also started in Trans-Am TA2, where he drives a TA2 tube-frame V8 silhouette car. His record spans three seasons from 2024 through 2026, with 40 starts across four series.[1]
Tovo has taken three wins and six podiums across his career. His wins have come in SCCA Regionals competition. In Trans-Am TA2, where he has made nine starts to date in 2026, he has recorded podium finishes at Watkins Glen. He has raced occasionally in SCCA Majors and Minors series and made a single start in the Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup in 2025. His strongest result against established drivers came when he finished ahead of Tristan McKee, the 2025 Trans-Am TA2 champion, in one race; he has also beaten Earl Bamber, an established professional and former IMSA WeatherTech GTLM champion, once.[2]
Tovo's regular competition includes Ethan Tovo, an entry-level professional competitor in TGRNA and Trans-Am TA2 with whom he is closely matched, and Jaxon Bell, a TGRNA and IMSA Pilot Challenge competitor before whom Tovo usually finishes. Nitro Motorsports, which fields him in the TGRNA series, has not recorded wins in this database and counts among its drivers Corey Heim, an established professional.
